The NASCARCraftsman Truck Series race came down to multiple late restarts. Eventually, in overtime, it was Kaden Honeycutt getting the win and earning his first career victory in the Truck Series. Honeycutt was emotional, crying over the radio as he celebrated.
Honeycutt had to outrun Connor Zilisch and Shane van Gisbergen to get the job done. Zilisch was right on his tail and made him earn it in overtime. Kaulig Racing gets four drivers in the top-12, and three in the top-10. Mini Tyrrell had a great race and earned a top-10. Not bad for the short track racer.
Watkins Glen and the Truck Series can produce some big wreck and big moments. Fans got it all today as Honeycutt ultimately won the NASCAR Truck Series race. This is the first win for the 11 team since Heim's championship victory at Phoenix last November.
