How to run a World Cup sweepstake

Each of the 48 teams is listed on the sweepstake, alongside their Fifa world ranking, and the group they have been drawn in.

All you need to do is print out the sweepstake, and cut out each team individually. Then place the teams into a hat and allow family, friends or work colleagues to take their pick of the nations.

If you have 48 people willing to play, you could make entry £5 per team with £200 for the winner, £30 for second place and £10 for third.

Alternatively, £2 per entry could be split up with £80 for the winner, £10 for second place, £6 for third place.

With the expanded number of teams taking part in the tournament, you may wish to allocate several teams per person depending on the size of your group.
