America's first state was the home for some All-Star competition this weekend, as the NASCAR series traveled to Dover, Delaware.
The Dover Motor Speedway course is known for its 24-degree turn banking and its concrete surface, a rarity among NASCAR tracks. Christopher Bell won the event in 2025, but was unable to repeat this fate in 2026.
Denny Hamlin raised the checkered flag this time around. While this was a non-points race, it marks his second victory of the season and is certainly a confidence booster for the man who stands in second on this season's Cup Series rankings.
The Sporting News tracked the results of this weekend's race as well as its impact on the NASCAR Cup Series standings.

Who won the NASCAR race today?
Denny Hamlin won today's All-Star race, with him and Chase Briscoe holding a large lead over the rest of the pack down the stretch.
Hamlin passed Briscoe with just 29 laps to go in the 200-lap final segment of the race. This means that the $1 million grand prize will go to Hamlin, a 45-year-old legend of the sport.
Shortly after these two were Erik Jones, Austin Dillon and Connor Zilisch to complete the top five.
