The Portland Timbers drew 2-2 with Montreal away from home, and the goalscorers for the away team were Kevin Kelsy and Cole Bassett.
Inter Miami and Portland Timbers last played each other in 2022. Inter Miami defeated the Portland Timbers 2-1 at home with goals from Leonardo Campana and Robert Taylor.
