Troyes’ Martin Adeline coveted by Ligue 1 and Bundesliga clubs

ESTAC Troyes’ Martin Adeline (22) is reportedly attracting interest from clubs in both France and Germany. RC Lens and FC Lorient are said to be keeping a very close eye on the attacking midfielder, whilst Hamburg SV have already shown keen interest in him, according to reports from Foot Mercato.

A key player for the recently crowned Ligue 2 champions, the Épernay-born player has enjoyed a superb season, scoring 10 goals and providing 11 assists in 32 league appearances (30 starts). Under contract with the Aube-based club until 2027, it is, however, in the colours of one of his future top-flight rivals that Adeline could well return to Ligue 1, having already had a taste of the league during his time at Stade de Reims.

But the Troyes player’s future in France is still far from certain; he may well be tempted by offers from foreign leagues, given that his profile and potential could open the doors to the other leagues of the ‘Big Five’.
