
Patrick Mahomes has a bunch of awards nine years into his NFL career.
The Kansas City Chiefs quarterback has three Super Bowl trophies, two league MVP trophies, an NFL Offensive Player of the Year Award, six Pro Bowl selections and three All-Pro selections.
His wife, Brittany, is now adding trophies to the mix, too.
Brittany Mahomes, the longtime wife of the Kansas City Chiefs star quarterback, earned a prestigious award this week, for her work in the state of Missouri.

Brittany Mahomes, the high school sweetheart of the Chiefs quarterback, received the inaugural "Champion for Change" award during the United WE’s 35th anniversary celebration at the CPKC Stadium.
The wife of the Kansas City Chiefs star received the award for her work with the Kansas City Current, the National Women’s Soccer League club she co-owns with her husband. Brittany Mahomes received the award as “one of the most impactful women figures in the city right now."

The wife of the Chiefs quarterback is humbled by it all.
“Such an inspiring morning with United WE celebrating progress and influencing action! It was such an honor to receive the inaugural Champion for Change award in the stadium that represents what it looks like when women’s needs are prioritized in sports and in the workplace. No better place to celebrate women than a stadium built for women!” Mahomes wrote.
The Current had a big season last year, finishing as the league's top-ranked team. It ended up winning the National Women’s Soccer League Shield.
