Lucas Raymond was one of a handful of Detroit Red Wings players selected to represent their countries in the 2026 IIHF World Championship, and he's doing his part to ensure Sweden earns a favorable result.

Raymond racked up three points as part of Sunday's 6-2 victory by the Swedes over Denmark; he and fellow top linemates Viggo Bjorck and Ivar Stenberg combined for seven points in the win.

Not only did he register a pair of assists, but he also scored his second goal of the tournament on a one-timer from a sharp angle in the left faceoff circle.

Among the other Red Wings players who are participating in the tournament include forward Emmitt Finnie and goaltender Cam Talbot for Canada, defenseman Justin Faulk and prospect forward Max Plante for the United States, Moritz Seider for Germany, and Albert Johansson with Raymond for Sweden.
