In Friday’s victory over the Sun, Breanna Stewart led the way for the Liberty as she recorded 31 points and 10 rebounds while Marine Johannes added 17 points, five rebounds and three assists of her own.
Now New York will try to grab another victory on Sunday as they face off against the Mystics in a tough road matchup.
On the other side, Washington enters Sunday’s contest with a 1-0 record after defeating the Toronto Tempo on the road on Friday night.

Sonia Citron led the way for the mystics in Friday’s victory as she ended the game with 26 points and two rebounds while Shakira Austin recorded 18 points and 11 rebounds.
While both teams are looking to pick up a victory in Sunday afternoon’s matchup, both squads may be without multiple key players due to injuries.
Liberty Injury Report: Will Satou Sabally, Leonie Fiebich Play?
For the Liberty, they have six players listed on their injury report, including forward Satou Sabally.

New York has ruled out Sabally due to a cyst as she will miss her second consecutive contest and there is a chance she could miss the Liberty's entire three-game road trip as she did not travel with the team.
The Liberty have also ruled out Rebecca Allen due to a left leg injury as she will miss her second straight game despite reports that she was expected to make her season debut against the Mystics.
Sabrina Ionescu has also been ruled out as she is expected to miss at least two weeks with a left foot injury while Marine Fauthoux remains sidelined while recovering from ACL surgery.

Leonie Fiebich and Raquel Carrera have also been ruled out as they are away from the team due to overseas commitments.
Mystics Injury Report: Will Michaela Onyenwere Play?
On the other side, the Mystics have three players listed on their injury report, including forward Michaela Onyenwere.

Washington has ruled out Onyenwere due to left knee injury management as she will miss her second straight game.
Cotie McMahon has also been ruled out due to a left elbow sprain that is expected to sideline her for at least one week while Alicia Florez is out due to personal reasons.
