Christian Pulisic Injury Update Emerges Before World Cup 2026

With the World Cup less than a month away from starting, injuries to players at the end of the season have been a concern for many football fans.

There is less than three weeks until the end of the season, and a big concern for USMNT fans was to see Christian Pulisic miss the previous AC Milan game in the Serie A.

Pulisic was not in the AC Milan squad for the match against Atalanta. Many assumed Pulisic suffered an injury after he played in Milan's 2-0 loss against Sassuolo last week and trained ahead of the Atalanta match.

With Pulisic missing the last game, injury concerns grew as the World Cup is getting closer and the USMNT roster announcement is also a few weeks away.

Despite missing the previous match, Pulisic was reportedly not injured, and there are positive signs ahead of the next league match for AC Milan.

Christian Pulisic Injury Update

AC Milan's next game in the Serie A is against Genoa on Sunday, with Milan trying to secure Champions League football next season.

Reports from La Gazzetta dello Sport suggest that Pulisic had a minor muscular issue and was not a serious injury. Pulisic's absence in the match against Atalanta was to avoid the risk of injury.

Pulisic is reportedly set to be available for AC Milan's next league game against Genoa. Pulisic is not likely to start the game, as he also did not start the last time he was part of the sqaud.

Pulisic only has two more games left with AC Milan this season, with Genoa on Sunday and Cagliari at home on May 24, 2026.
