Kaden Honeycutt wins NASCAR Truck race at Watkins Glen in May 2026

The NASCAR Truck Series competed at Watkins Glen International and it was a chaotic event. Daniel Hemric won Stage 1 while Connor Zilisch won Stage 2; however, neither driver entered victory lane. Instead, it was a TRICON Garage driver who earned their first career Truck Series victory.

Kaden Honeycutt and the No. 11 team for TRICON Garage won Friday afternoon's race at Watkins Glen, earning their first victory of the 2026 Truck Series season. Honeycutt was able to survive the late-race mayhem, passing Zilisich and others for the lead. This came after Ross Chastain and Gio Ruggiero jumped early on the starts as the leaders.

It has been a long time coming for the driver of the No. 11 truck, who has been near victory several times this season. Honeycutt also had to beat some of NASCAR's best road course drivers, so this should give him more confidence. Now, Honeycutt hopes to carry this momentum for the rest of the regular season.
