This past week, I posted a couple of surveys in The Feed. I’ll take this opportunity to remind you all that moving forward, that is where weekly survey questions are going to be found, so please make sure you are paying attention to that section of the homepage. Hopefully, we see higher vote counts in future surveys.
The first poll asked what, if anything, will happen with the one open spot remaining on next year’s basketball roster.
Half of the votes predicted that the spot will remain unused. Of those predicting that a player would be added, all but one said it would be a backcourt player, presumably someone to fill a 3rd string role.
The second question asked was about the news that came out this past week about the expansion to the NCAA Tournament. The field is growing from 68 to 76. Unsurprisingly, 100% of respondents said they were opposed to the expansion.
Some interesting comments in this survey, everything from concern for the NIT and someone pointing out that much of the conversation had to do with it now being harder (less time or more teams) to fill out brackets.
