Despite a narrow Game 1 defeat, the San Antonio Spurs came back with a vengeance to even the series before they traveled to Minneapolis for Game 3.

This has created more minutes for second-year guard Terrence Shannon Jr., who has finished in double digits in both Games 1 and 2, albeit not efficiently.

Minnesota’s main path to victory is obviously limiting the damage Wembanyama deals. That has proven to be one of the hardest tasks to be successful in, but this is playoff basketball. While Minnesota is undefeated at home during these playoffs, San Antonio also has yet to drop a game on the road. One of those streaks will come to an end on Friday night.
