Werder Bremen appear to have won the race to sign Real Valladolid’s Chuki.
According to DeichStube, the attacking midfielder will undergo his medical on Monday.
If everything goes according to plan, the Spaniard will sign a contract until 2030 with the Bundesliga club.
Chuki will be able to move to the Weserstadion as a free agent, as his contract with Real Valladolid expires this summer.
VfB Stuttgart, RB Leipzig, Como and Juventus were reportedly also in the race for the 22-year-old, but he has apparently opted for Werder instead, with the prospect of regular playing time a decisive factor.
Chuki has scored seven goals and provided eight assists in the Spanish second division this season.
