Meanwhile, O’Reilly has excelled from both left-back and midfield in a breakout season for the Academy graduate.
The 21-year-old has played 33 times, scoring five goals and providing three assists in the Premier League alone.
The pair are part of the eight-man shortlist and will compete with Bournemouth pair Junior Kroupi and Alex Scott, Brentford’s Michael Kayode, Manchester United midfielder Kobbie Mainoo, Newcastle United’s Lewis Hall and West Ham player Mateus Fernandes.
