Denny Hamlin is on the pole for the NASCAR All-Star Race on May 17 at Dover Motor Speedway.
Hamlin's time was 0.144 seconds faster over the three-lap run over Brad Keselowski despite spinning while coming off of pit road before taking the green.
Zane Smith's No. 38 Front Row Motorsports pit crew won the $100,000 challenge prize for the fastest pit stop of the day. Smith's starting spot was impacted by a pit-road speeding penalty.
Only 24 of 36 teams had an error-free run.
Here's the full starting lineup for Sunday's NASCAR All-Star Race at Dover.
