Keyshawn Davis vs. Nahir Albright 2 is on Saturday, May 16. The main card starts at 8 p.m. ET and the main event should begin around 11:30 p.m. ET, depending on how long the undercard fights last.
Davis (14-0) fought Albright (17-2-1) in 2024, with the former earning a majority decision win. That win was overturned after Davis tested positive for marijuana.
Since then, Davis has gone 5-0, with three straight wins via knockout. The former WBO lightweight champion was supposed to fight Edwin De Los Santos last June, but he was stripped of the belt and the bout was called off after he failed to make weight.
After moving in weight, Davis attempts to show he can be a reliable main eventer. That means earning and keeping another win against Albright in front of family and friends.
"Since my last fight, I’ve grown sharper, stronger, and more focused than ever. On May 16, you’re going to see the best version of Keyshawn Davis," said Davis. "'The Businessman' is ready to handle business in front of my people!"
Albright has gone 1-0-1 since that fight, beating Keyshawn’s brother Kelvin last June. His last contest was a draw against Frank Martin in February. 'Woo' attempts to avenge the last fight against Davis by proving he’s the better fighter.
"All my life I have been an overcomer. Starting from when I was a kid, I fought my way to this position, tough fight after tough fight. And I’m still standing tall. This fight is another obstacle to jump over. I’m ready and grateful," Albright said.
