The 151st edition of the Preakness Stakes is making its way to Laurel Park while Pimlico Race Course is under construction.

Unfortunately for horse racing fans, there will be no drama regarding a potential Triple Crown run. Kentucky Derby winner Golden Tempo will not be competing in the Preakness Stakes, as trainer Cherie DeVaux is giving the horse more time to rest before the Belmont Stakes.
