Brentford’s Igor Thiago, Michael Kayode and Keith Andrews have been nominated for the Premier League’s end-of-season awards for the 2025/26 campaign.
Thiago is up for EA SPORTS Player of the Season, Kayode has been shortlisted for Premier League Young Player of the Season, while Andrews is in contention for the Barclays Manager of the Season prize.
Thiago has enjoyed a sensational campaign, scoring 22 goals in 36 league appearances and pushing Manchester City’s Erling Haaland in the race for the Golden Boot.
After an injury-hit debut year in west London, the Brazilian has become one of the division’s most prolific forwards, with his brace against Sunderland in January taking him to 16 Premier League goals for the season, the most ever scored by a Brazilian in a single season.
Thiago is nominated alongside Manchester United’s Bruno Fernandes, Nottingham Forest’s Morgan Gibbs-White, Manchester City duo Haaland and Antoine Semenyo, and Arsenal trio Gabriel Magalhães, David Raya and Declan Rice.

Kayode’s first full season with the Bees has also earned recognition, with the right-back named on the Young Player of the Season shortlist.
The 21-year-old has firmly established himself as one of the most impressive full-backs in the division, making 35 Premier League appearances and contributing to eight clean sheets.
Kayode’s pace, power and defensive qualities have been key to Brentford’s season, while his long throw-ins have developed into a major attacking weapon. Those deliveries have led to five goals and either created or directly caused 40 shots on goal in the Premier League this term.
He is nominated alongside Manchester City’s Rayan Cherki and Nico O’Reilly, West Ham United’s Mateus Fernandes, Newcastle United’s Lewis Hall, Bournemouth duo Junior Kroupi and Alex Scott, and Manchester United’s Kobbie Mainoo.

In the dugout, Andrews has been recognised following an outstanding debut season as Brentford head coach.
Having taken charge last summer following Thomas Frank’s departure to Tottenham Hotspur, Andrews has made an immediate impact in west London, guiding the Bees into contention for European qualification while overseeing memorable victories over Manchester United, Liverpool and Aston Villa.
There is an extended interview with Andrews in Sunday’s matchday programme, as he reflects on his first season in charge.
The Bees boss is nominated alongside Arsenal’s Mikel Arteta, Manchester United’s Michael Carrick, Manchester City’s Pep Guardiola, Bournemouth’s Andoni Iraola and Sunderland’s Régis Le Bris.

Voting for all three awards will close at 12pm on Monday 18 May.
