Pep Guardiola says Manchester City duo Rodri and Abdukodir Khusanov are close to returning from injury.
Rodri has missed the last four games for City while Khusanov was absent from the win over Brentford after suffering an injury in the previous game against Everton.
Guardiola did not confirm that they would be back for City’s game against Crystal Palace on Wednesday but says they are close, with an FA Cup final against Chelsea also on the horizon.
“Better. We’ll see. He’s training this afternoon,” Guardiola said on Rodri.
On Khusanov, he said: “Better as well. He had a tough, tough knock against Everton. He’s better.
“We arrive good in terms of the squad.”

City will play three games in the space of seven days starting with Palace on Wednesday and Guardiola admits rotation is something he has to consider.
“It’s not a problem for that game, we have four-and-a-half days (until the FA Cup final), but of course then we travel back from London and then Bournemouth, so of course I have to think about it,” he said.
