F1 next heads to Montreal for the Canadian Grand Prix and the third sprint weekend of the 2026 season.
Kimi Antonelli won his third race in a row last time out in Miami, extending his lead at the top of the world championship to 20 points after another weekend of frustration for Mercedes teammate George Russell.
Miami did represent a new dawn for reigning world champions McLaren, however, with Lando Norris winning the sprint race and coming home second in the grand prix. Oscar Piastri finished third as the papaya secured a double podium.

Max Verstappen finished fifth but looked threatening for Red Bull again after qualifying on the front row, while Ferrari endured a poor race as Charles Leclerc was penalised for last-lap misdemeanours and Lewis Hamilton was short of pace after a first-lap collision.
