The Juventus Women’s First Team produced three equalisers as they drew 3-3 with Inter on Serie A Women Matchday 21, securing a place in the UEFA Women’s Champions League in the process.

I’m especially happy because today we achieved our goal of qualifying for the Champions League, which, given how our league campaign has gone, had become an essential part of our season. I’m delighted to share the appearance record with Cristiana Girelli. I struck the penalty so powerfully because I’d picked a side, but the Inter goalkeeper dived straight in that direction, so in the end I managed to twist my foot slightly and put enough power behind it to find the net. I’d decided to strike it hard and it worked out well. Inter are a very strong side and they proved that again today. It was very important for us to get a point, so in the second half, after a first half full of back-and-forth action, the game settled down a bit.”
